Ian graduated with First Class Honours Podiatry BSc (Hons.) from Aston University. He splits his time between the NHS and the Private Sector.
As a podiatrist, Ian specialises in the biomechanical assessment and treatment of foot and ankle pathologies that give rise to musculoskeletal pain such as plantar fasciitis, inferior and posterior heel pain, recalcitrant callus/corns and Achilles tendonitis.
In addition he is experienced in podopaediatrics and sports podiatry. Ian has worked alongside physiotherapists to provide multidisciplinary sports injury prevention and management clinics for Great Britain's Ultimate Frisbee Team.
He has extensive experience in foot casting and manufacture of bespoke orthotic insoles. he has a broad and in depth knowledge of orthotic materials and this allows insoles to be manufactured to your exact requirements. To augment this he also has access to a vast array of prefabricated insoles to suit most budgets.
Ian is a member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists and is registered with the Health Professional council.
